At most points of this book, I wasn’t quite sure where it was going. Rambling, a bit bizarre, somewhat uncouth, yet profoundly human, All Fours creates a unique reflection on age, sexuality, motherhood, and relationships that I came to enjoy. The first half was a bit slower, but the second half picked up and really brought the story home.
