A fantastic dystopian climate change story. Perfect for depressive types. Combines some of my favorite tropes: complicated female protagonist, sea-faring adventures (and mishaps), and of course wildlife. I’m never sad to read another book about the Antarctic, even in a future where it is so diminished.
