I liked this, but it’s very obvious that Adam is like the least interesting character out of the cast which made me not as obsessed with the romance as I wanted to be. Harry was cute, but Adam was very one-note, especially compared to the fun side-characters like Ksar and Seyn. However, the world and politics were actually kinda fun and the conflict in this book was interesting. I also liked the set up for book two and I’m excited for Seyn and Ksar’s story
