A Slow Fire Burning by Paula Hawkins

3.0

It was good. I feel a bit guilty comparing it to her other books but I truly believe this is the weakest out of the three. Into the water had me absolutely enthralled, and the twist was absolutely out of nowhere. The girl on the train was a dizzying read with compelling characters. This didn’t feel the same. It was all kind of expected in a way. The characters were great, I did really love Laura and Irene, but as far as Paula Hawkins books go defo not my fave.
