Snow Blind by P.J. Tracy

5.0

After being disappointed with the previous book, this book was much better. It is cold and snowing in Minn, something that doesn't end for weeks at a time. Gino and his partner are called to a strange crime scene location, there are dead bodies being found in snowmen. As they track the killers of this crime, we are introduced to a new character, Sheriff Ricker. She is inexperienced and only on the job day one when she has a snowman of her own. As they work the clues on foot, with Monkeewrench running data and working websites for more clues, this is a fast paced novel. When you get to the end and all the pieces come together, it works. There are no red herrings, no clues that don't fit, just a solid mystery.
