Alex gives this book 4.5 stabs to the abdomen out of 5!!! (I’ll give it 5 burner phones out of 5 lolol). Another drive to Maine, another Freida book, my fav new thing we started this year. This book did have a lot of Freida-isms, particularly how she repeats evvvvvvvery detail one thousand times, but we had a great time listening. Diff perspectives were a nice add, the twist got us, both of us got a prediction right at times, plus it takes place in New England. I pictured the motel like the Drover’s Inn in Scotland so I also enjoyed that mental picture
