I actually really enjoyed this one? I was a bit sceptical at first because I'd heard mixed reviews but I read it at a time I really needed to and well, it was exactly what I needed. I ADORED the art a lot and I want more of it, to be honest. I would actually really love a sequel explaining more about Veradys and Dee's connection/relationship...I think that was the thing that was left sort of open which I didn't mind (but sometimes I am absolutely a sucker for clarification). I liked that there was a mix and mishmash of different things happening at once because that's life and multiple things do happen at once, so it felt more real to me that so many things were happening at once and Dee was trying to balance all of that and deal with everything. I already mentioned I adored the art but it bears mentioning again, the art is so good!!!
