Fantastic book, great insight into Peter Jackson's career and into the production of the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit trilogies. If you read everything that could have gone wrong or that actually went wrong during pre-production, filming and post production of the Middle-earth movies, it is a miracle that the end result was so good!
