This is probably one of the best conclusion books ever. Every character had an ending and everything done in the book made sense to the character.

Winter and Jacin were not my favorite couple because I don't like them as individual characters. Although Jacin is trying to protect Winter, he was a real asshole about it. He snitched on Cinder and he was rude to everyone he met. For example when he yelled at the kids for getting paint everywhere on the ship in Cress. It was so unnecessary. Another example, he would not lead a group to the revolution because he wanted to stay with Winter. Cinder and her friends just helped him keep Winter alive and he is not going to help. He is a real asshole. Winter was my least favorite character because of how crazy and unfocused she is. Winter doesn't use her powers so she becomes sick from it. Winter led Scarlet to a pack of wolves, but once down there she got scared and Scarlet had to take over for her. I believe that if Scarlet was not around Winter would be dead. Winter took a piece of candy from a stranger "Levana" and got the entire sector sick with the deadly disease. She thought the stranger got the candy from Jacin which is so stupid. I do not like these two people together. They are very frustrating characters.
