So this means I've read every book this author has published and this one was my least favorite. I'm certain I'm in the minority, based on other reviews I'm seeing.

I think in the beginning, the parties and the outcomes were very redundant to me. It was kind of like Groundhog Day in many ways. Go somewhere. Drink a lot. Wake up worried about what happened or didn't happen, rinse and repeat.

It did get better toward the end though so I felt like she redeemed the plot, but I almost didn't finish it.

So far, Book Lovers is my favorite but the trope is solidly similar each time, which I guess is her sweet spot. I wouldn't NOT recommend it. They are a great palate cleanser.
