i think this book is a hit, i think it is thoughtful and easy to read. I loved how the characters are complicated, the book has so much depth. It wasn’t until I read the about the author and saw that the author works in managment consulting that the book made so much sense to me. As an early career burnt out consultant this book gave me so much wisdom I need right now. -1 star for her weird and maybe offensive (?) writing about minority groups, also use of the f slur when a gay character was describing himself (come on girl this book was published in 2018)
