After inheriting a building from a grandfather he never knew, Clay finds himself in Buffalo with only one plan: sell the building and move back to Missouri to start his own construction company. 

That plan goes sideways after meeting Nicholas, the bubbly sunshine filled florist, who rents part of the building for his business. 

Sparks fly between Clay and Nicholas the more the pair interact and spend time together, and with the tension growing between them, the pair decide to start hooking up while Clay is in town. 

As you can expect, the two fool around and fall in love! Their story was super sweet, definitely steamy, and just all around cozy and adorable.
