4.5
the most magical realism book i’ve read and I absolutely loved it. characters were so distinct and memorable despite there being a whole lot of em. I did enjoy our look into the world of the gods and just doing side quests with interesting characters. but I wasn’t a huge fan of the last but plot. but the ending was really good. tied everything in a nice bow even if it wasn’t super satisfying. would’ve been a 5 star if it weren’t for that few chapters where the plot felt rushed and like it was a forced grander meaning behind everything
