One of my least favorite things is when the people I primarily follow on GR all love a book, then I read it, and don’t love it. And so it is with this book. I mostly enjoyed it. But I found that the characters never fully developed for me. It was like they had significant growth that you never got to see on the page. It was just stated. And the internal reflections of the characters felt repetitive. All in all, enjoyable, but I’ll end it there.
