Loved this Robin Hood retelling with the bandit is a female. Rowan is sent off by her father to a nunnery to train to take over his position but this is no ordinary, she is not learning to be a lady but a warrior. Unfortunately when she returns home her Uncle is now in her father's position and his only concern is gaining wealth and marrying Rowan off to the Sheriff. YUCK! So now it is time to take matters into her own had for not only her life but to help her people as well. I fell for all of these characters and it was such a nice change for the MMC to be adorable dorky and clumsy.
