I can only revel in the creative genius that is Elizabeth Acevedo. A YA coming of age novel written in verse. So many layers of creative genius to unpack. I read the last 50 pages through tears. I took so many photos of pages for favorite quotes until it felt like I was just going to quote the entire book. I will listen to the audio next.
