Loved Eligible so was incredibly excited to read this book, but unfortunately it wasn’t my cup of tea and took a bit of effort for me to finally finish. I found the plot to be rather dry—not much of sustenance really happens—and the characters flat. The most fleshed out character is our heroine and even her development and "growth" feels hollow. And for a book including "comedy" in the title, the jokes and wit just were not that funny. Rather disappointed by this one!
