If you thought the first book hurt, just wait. This one had me soaking my shirt in tears.

All I want is the world for Cecelia at this point. She’s gone through enough in her romantic relationships and family relationships. But she’s still just as stubborn and passionate and SMART.

I loved that half of the book gave us insight to her “now” where she’s older. Where she’s healing. Where she’s trying to patch up the damage that has been done. I loved seeing her essentially come out on top.
