This book gave me whiplash. Felt like I was watching an M. Night Shyamalan movie. I understand it isn't supposed to be realistic, but I couldn't 100% get behind the supernatural part of the storyline. It seemed like a cop-out way to get to the ending and I think the author could have had the main character piece together the mystery without the help of the paranormal. Either way, a good 3-hour rainy day read.
