If you have this one on your tbr - go in blind!
It took me some time to get through this one. It felt rather slow to me and usually thrillers are my go-to genre. I really liked the premise of the book but I had to take some breaks during reading because the topic of dementia felt very heavy sometimes. I liked the jumps between the here and now and Jerry's madness journal. I also loved the passages when he talked about his daughter. I guessed the ending of the book pretty early and I usually don't mind it as long as the rest of the book is still gripping and interesting. This time it bothered me more than I would have liked. There was just a lot missing for me.
