I've never highlighted as much as in this book. I had trouble sometimes and had to go back and reread some sentences to understand them but tbh that's more on me than the writer. English is not my first language and I was pretty tired when reading this ...
But it just pulled me in despite that. I have a chronic pain condition and severe fatigue. It spoke to me on so many levels I can't even explain. The story, the characters and how they both accepted each other completely and intensely. My social anxiety doesn't plague me as much as it used to and my illness is easier to carry thank to my own bf being as supportive and caring as Seph. I loved every single page 🥰
