it took me two weeks to read this because i read like 100 pages at a time & it caused me anxiousness at every second. i’m so whipped for this series. i never want to reread it but i want everyone i know to give it a try. also i know this isn’t the point but this book really reminded me not to trust men or white people l o l.

anyway this is a magnificent thing that rf kuang is doing & i put off reading the second one for a long time because i was not prepared to dive back into a world of so much misery and genius. it is just so freakin good. well written and brilliant and honestly kicked my ass. i’m going to have to read like 15 light hearted romcoms to recover from this but i really loved every second. anyone who can handle this should read it.


also. can rin and nezha just be happy ;_;
