I loved how this book was laid out. The short chapters made it easy for a busy Mom to read which I appriciate. I often times have to put my book down at random times so this lay out was nice. This book was very interesting and right up my alley genre wise! If you like the psychology books then this is great, and it's also an easy read for a psychology themed book. I find psychology themed books written by Doctors can be a little bland, but this was in the POV of the patient so it made it a little more simple but still very interesting. It's also a memoir which I love as well. I would love to read more books like this so any recommendations would be great.
