2.5 stars (rounded up) // I kept hearing so much about this book and I was excited to add it to my summer read rotation. But this one fell flat for me. The timeline goes back into the past of how Thea and Margot met and the years of their friendship. Something happens that caused them not to speak for a number of years until Margot pops up out of the blue needing Thea’s help. I didn’t feel like there was much substance to this plot and I found all of the characters slightly annoying.
