A fun, light cozy read for those who like a good mystery novel. Our heroine’s narrative voice is witty, easy-to-read (or rather listen in my case), and incredibly affable allowing the reader to become immersed into her thoughts and world. Perhaps the mystery doesn’t keep you on the edge of your seat like some other mystery novels may, perhaps the weight of some discoveries feels a bit sudden and not deeply fleshed out. But overall it was a good, quick mystery read that will definitely not leave you unsatisfied.
