I think Sarah out did herself with this book. When I say I loved it, I mean I LOVED it. Why didn’t I give it five stars? I found that the beginning of the book to be really slow. I understand that with a new world and new series, the author has to really lay all the foundations first, but the first quarter really dragged. 

Also, this is a little bit of tiny issue that I think a lot of people agree on as well, it think there were a few chapters too many towards the end. There was a little spot in the narrative where I thought the book could have ended on and it would have provided a good segway to the sequel, so now I’m curious as to how the series will progress further. 

I loved the characters of this book, particularly Bryce and Lehabah!
