Marian is fantastic and any reviewer who gives lip service to the fact that there's a double standard with unlikable heroines yet say Marian is one as a negative is weak.
That being said, this is still too sweet for me. There's too much reassurance that everyone is a wonderful person. There should have been mention that Marian is not the first wife to kill her shitty husband, but that might've killed the Good Vibes.
The plot is disjointed. Marian has a lot of plights introduced, but considering any of them for too long would, again, kill the Good Vibes, so I see why they were made into foot notes more than anything.
I'm sorry any oxygen was given to Rob, who I found obnoxious, but at least he spends a good amount of time under Marian's heel.
