Staci Hart is BACK with a bang! Wild Card is everything I love about small town romance but with so much *more*. It has the quintessential adorable town, the side characters I can't help but fall for, and the "everyone knows everyone" vibes. But it ALSO has a small town baseball team of hotties, a feisty British FMC, and a plot twist near the end that I never saw coming.

Simply put, Wild Card is a uniquely addicting small town sports romance that surprised me in all the best possible ways. It's funny, it's charming, and holy HECK it is S.P.I.C.Y.

I have always loved Hart's writing, but she really leveled up with this one. I feel like this first step into sports romance just proved to me that she belongs firmly in this genre. Add in her incredible knack for weaving a story so intricate and beautifully layered, and this one was an easy home run.

Five stars and and teary-eyed slow clap for the return of one of my all time favorite authors!
