I usually don’t give a book more than 100 pages before I decide I’m just bored and life is too short. But I was hurt, so it was more trouble to pick up a new one. 
The book picked up pace around page 125, but it was hot and cold for me. I’m still not sure which cops were which because they all read the same. 
I wanted to like it. I usually love these types of books.
