White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism by Robin DiAngelo
5.0
If you are a white person and you haven't read this book, put it on the top of your pile immediately. Especially if you think you don't need to read it. DiAngelo's writing is clear, concise, and well written, and her arguments are persuasive and relentless, and she never shies away from difficult talking points--or examining why these things are so hard for white people to discuss. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
