Another EASY 5 star read from Yarros in this stellar series! I am SO HOOKED and have no idea how I'm going to survive until book 3 comes out. I have been shoving these books into the hands of all of my friends and plan to continue to do so until they've all read them LOL. It's just SO GOOD! It reminds me of how I felt when I read The Hunger Games or Divergent. That all-consuming, dream about the characters, can't stop reading feeling!

I'll admit that in this one, I found all the names of people, dragons, griffons, cities, and battles to be a bit overwhelming. I tried to jot down notes as I went and referred to the map many times. But other than that, it was just as enjoyable as the first book, and WOW what a cliffhanger!

I'm absolutely obsessed with this series and can't wait to continue reading!
