The story itself is a sad one, but it didn’t bring me to tears sad. I really enjoyed Kennas character and story and her trying to build her life to be something she’s proud of while she’s also processing the tragic event that ended up with her being in prison for five years. I really enjoyed the writing of this book, by far my favorite writing of Colleen Hoovers so far. And the story is definitely one of my favorites too.
