"You opened up to me, like one of your roses and I couldn’t resist getting pricked by your thorns.” 💜

This book delivered a heartwarming and engaging romance that hit all the right notes for me. Hayden and Armi's journey, fraught with a shared past and the lingering wounds of unspoken feelings, was beautifully crafted. The hurt/comfort dynamic was tender and relatable, drawing me into their emotional world. While the slow-burn and miscommunication elements occasionally tested my patience, they ultimately served to deepen the connection between the characters, making their eventual happiness feel truly earned and satisfying.

As a fan of both sports romance 🏈 and MM Romance 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼, "Bad Idea" perfectly blended these genres. Armi finding his way in his new career of ownership of the football team added an extra layer of depth to the story, while the exploration of Hayden and Armi's burgeoning love was handled with sensitivity and authenticity. The payoff of their hard-won relationship was well worth the emotional rollercoaster, leaving me with a warm, fuzzy feeling and a strong desire to revisit their story.
