I quite liked this book. It was so upbeat and informal I almost forgot I was reading heavy factual literature. It feels like I am having a conversation with a funny friend about something that they care and know a lot about. I think more books should be written this way, I feel like I recall a lot from this book and now really understand SCRUM and the surrounding philosophy on a much deeper level. 

I loved the change in narrative from his past (main book) to the information boxes from himself a few years in the future. It really gives perspective just how much has changed in software engineering over the last 10 years.
