good shit, good SHIT YEAHHHH LET'S GO
I absolutely adore the academic setting. As someone who's life basically revolves around their undergrad studies, this was perfect to read. Also, may I note that I don't normally read a lot of romance, but this is a book that I COULD NOT put down!

This book was super cheesy, corny, and nerdy in all my favourite ways. Women in STEM? Academic relationships? Cheesy main character? Slow-burn romance? This book has it all. 

The only downside (though it's an upside for me), is that every single scene is too perfect. For every event that happens, it is a predictable event, and it all falls into place perfectly. There are almost no problems to set the characters back. Any problems that do arise, have an easy solution -- and then that solution is carried out exactly as expected. This book is predictable, in the cheesiest way. And that's good! I loved it.
