As Julien and Cinn’s relationship grows so does their don’t that the Arcane Purifiers are the villains . When Julien goes back to see Father Gérard who witnessed his mother  Isabelle‘s death they get some much needed answers. Cinn falls into the shadow realm and finds answers that might ease Juliens guilt over er death.
Really enjoyed this duet TJ Rose was a new author to me and I’m looking forward to reading more from them.
