is this the best book ever? no, ofc not. did i have a hell of a lot of fun reading it? yes, yes i did!! i laughed, i got mad, i even swooned a little. i was living for the drama, even if it didn't play out quite the way i hoped, and the characters who were all rlly fun, even if some (cough keston. cough cough) annoyed me for a majority of the book. the little historical inaccuracies made me side eye here and there but this was so inaccurate in the bridgerton way that i couldn't even be mad at it after a certain point. lyra/ela's development was rlly interesting and i like how she developed and matured by the end of the book. rosalin and blake and church and sally and all their friends ATEE it was lowk more fun reading abt them than the mc
