I wanted so badly to like this book but I did not.
I would tell you what this book is about but in all honesty, I don't know because I really didn't get it.
Every time I thought I had a grasp on what was happening the book jumped ahead in the story. I also understand that the sequences inside the hospital were supposed to be confusing but I was lost when they switched out.
For lack of a better word, this book felt like it was a pretentious read, that people say they enjoy it because it makes them seem smarter.
I want to acknowledge that I did finish the book and it's also a translation so bits may have been lost there that would have made it easier to understand but I do wish it had more substance.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this at all, though the concept of it is something I'm interested in reading more about.
