The possibility of you is better than the reality of anyone else.
Okay, after this book, I'm asking for my time back, although maybe it was my fault, because I should have known, if I didn't like the previous one, why would I like this now, but enemies to lovers caught me - and how wrong I was to give in to temptation.
Jules was still lovable to me because there was at least a bit of fire in her, but Josh was something horrible. While the former had flaws — exceptional — and bad choices, she still had the image to coexist with them and try to become a better person. But Josh? My goodness, typical man who can't see —
I don't remember much of the plot (thank goodness), so I can't really comment on it, but the pace was pretty good and the time jumps weren't distracting.
Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Sexual assault
Minor: Death of parent
