I liked this one, it was my first by the author. I decided to also listen via audio using Hoopla. For myself, I know I won’t read this again so I’ll be donating it to my local library. As for the story, it was lovely. Rather short IMHO but I tend to be a fast reader depending on the writing. Loved the all the side characters as well as the town in its often described characteristics & reminded me of my once small town mountain hometown. I was very glad both Ethan’s & Lucy’s issues regarding their parents was not only addressed but resolved for both of them & the only thing I felt this book needed was an epilogue. Anyway, if you’re looking for a Winter & Holiday read I definitely recommend giving this one a try!!
