ONE ZILLION STARS. Somehow this book is even better than Scythe, which holy heck is saying something. I was riveted from start to finish. Every plot twist both shocked me and also felt completely natural so that I was left wondering if I’d seen them coming (I hadn’t). Best of all, Thunderhead continues where Scythe left off, leaving us to contemplate what it means to be alive, what it means to be mortal, and what are the nature and purpose of consequences. Absolutely start to finish stunning.
