Game Misconduct by Bianca Sommerland

2.0

Solid 2.75 stars and a very promising start to a series.

I am a firm believer that the first book in a series of standalones will never be the best of the series. For me, the first book is the intro to the characters you will soon fall in love with. It's sets the precedence of the series, gives you the lay of the land so to speak. And I prefer it this way. I still really enjoyed this book however it wasn't the best. (This is my second reading of it) Sommerland does well with building the foundation of the series, setting the tone and introducing you to all the characters you'll meet as the series progresses. I was a tad confused during the sex scenes at first just because it was a lot to follow and she wanted us to feel the confusion that Oriana felt.

All in all, it is well worth your time and only gets better with each book.
