This book was so cute and fun! I love romance stories that try to involve fun activities and also make an effort to highlight the main character's relationship with other people aside from their love interest. I love how this book talked about grief although I wish we had a moment where Meredith and her parents bonded over their shared grief. At some parts of the book it felt like the only people who truly missed Claire were Meredith and two of her cousins because her parents never really acknowledged it. I think my biggest grievance with this book is that the title felt pretty inaccurate for what it ended up being about. Overall this was a fun read and captured the vibe of summer really well
