I was instantly hooked by the title! I was excited that the MC wasn’t your standard skinny, overly attractive guy. Ponjirou and Konnisuke are ADORABLE! They’re personalities aren’t like ‘opposites attract’ either, which was refreshing!

I’m not sure if this is supposed to be a BL story, but I think it’s one of those where I wouldn’t mind it either way. The story itself is very inspiring and the art style feels the same way!

This volume almost felt like a teaser to some big adventure - similar to the first episode of Junjou Romantica or Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. [It’s complete coincidence that those are both BL anime/stories! The color scheme, art/animation style, and dramatic storyline are what I see in this book, I swear!]

Ponjirou and Konnosuke are incredibly wholesome and I can’t wait to read more!
