A truly enchanting book. I wasn't sure of this book at first because it wasn't written from the perspective of a member of the royal family, like her previous books in the Tudor series, however, as I read on, it actually works. Philippa really does make you feel for the characters in this novel. Even characters and idols that I love in this book she makes you question, dislike, sympathise. Only a truly great author could do this.
