The Murder on the Links by Agatha Christie
5.0
First book I read with my ahem partner ahem. What an experience. Aside from that of course, Murder on the Links is riveting, and I love how it was misleading, and full of humor. Hastings though...oh gosh, quite an obtuse fellow but I still laughed a lot thanks to him. The only observation I have here, and frankly, with a lot of murder mystery books is how distasteful their treatment is with homeless people. Yup, spoiler right there but it has to be said! Overall, this is a great introduction to Poirot (I love him!).
