How to Solve Your Own Murder by Kristen Perrin
2.0
So, my buddy @havebookswilltravel summed it up pretty well: "Maybe you're not an English countryside cozy murder type." Yeah, that's probably about right. This book just didn't grab me.
The whole back-and-forth thing between past and present, with characters crossing over, left me feeling a bit lost. And let's be real, I'm not usually a fan of stories with a huge cast of characters, and this one felt like it was heading down that road.
I'll admit it, I called it quits about halfway through. I could tell it wasn't my vibe, and I was itching to move on to something else. Even though the premise sounded intriguing, the execution didn't quite hit the spot for me. Oh well, onto the next read!
