This is such an important read for people who are questioning their gender or who have only recently come to terms with it (as well as those who want to support someone of such). However, I wouldn't necessarily recommend for those who have already gone through the process as this will simply be telling you what you already know/how to do what you have already done- having said that it is still worth picking up as a comfort read/to understand more on other genders or other people's experiences.
