This is an exceptional account of Dr. Wes Bellamy's journey to make positive change in Charlottesville, VA. His dedication, growth, struggles, efforts, and all events are well addressed. It's an excellent depiction of a horrible, painful event in their history but also of the city's demand and strong efforts for change and healing. I loved the car analogy and the reference to deescalating simply with effective communication!
