Well, I liked it. It's been a nice, fun, kind of action book with assassins, magical creatures and mages.

I still like Alex and Luna a lot and I'm curious how this apprentice thing will go for these two. Also, I really want to know more about Alex's past.

I guessed some things from the beginning and the way everything has been resolved felt a bit anti-climatic but on the other hand: DRAGON!!!!!!!!! And, Alex lost his magic (kind of) for a short time which has been very interesting. :) I just wish, that we could have learned a bit more about magical creatures and Arachne in particular.

All in all, a fun book to read.
